Senior Business Development Manager Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive revenue growth and market share expansion within our FX team in Sydney, Australia.

About the Job:
  • Develop and execute a strategic new business development plan to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in the remittance industry.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer feedback analysis to identify business opportunities and gain a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee customer acquisition strategies to expand our customer base and increase brand loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven individual with a strong spirit and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in business development within the remittance or financial services industry.
  • Must hold the RG146 certificate.
  • Strong understanding of remittance market dynamics, regulatory compliance, and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of building a pipeline within sectors and converting those connections into new business.
