We are seeking a Data Entry Administrative Assistant to join the Australia and New Zealand Dialysis and Transplant Registry team at SAHMRI.

Job Description

This role provides administrative support to the registry team, including data entry, analysis, and communication with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurate and timely data entry and analysis
  • Distribution of annual survey sheets and data forms
  • Receiving and distributing correspondence
  • Handling phone calls and redirecting inquiries

About You

We seek a candidate with administration or management experience, good numeracy and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Required attributes include:

  • Administration/management certificate or diploma
  • Clinical data entry experience
  • Numeracy, spelling, and grammar skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and set priorities

Special Requirements

This role may require some out-of-hours work and DCSI Employment Screening and Police Checks.
