About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to provide effective and efficient administrative support and customer service in a busy healthcare setting. The Clinical Documentation Specialist will play a key role in liaising with staff, clients, and their families, ensuring the delivery of exemplary customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality clinical documentation support to the medical record department
  • Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in clerical duties, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and record-keeping principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus generous benefits including NFP salary packaging, discounted health insurance, and paid parental leave.
