Job Overview
CALHN is seeking a skilled Healthcare Administration Support Specialist to contribute to the efficiency of our directorate's administration support functions. This role involves undertaking secretarial, reception, and Ward Clerk duties involving word processing, data entry, records management, and general clerical functions for both administrative and multi-disciplinary teams.

About the Role
This Casual Reliever contributes to the success of our team by providing high-quality administration support, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals and teams
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
* Perform various tasks such as word processing, data entry, and filing
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

Requirements
* Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
* Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description

Estimated Salary: $29.57 - $31.81 per hour plus 25% casual leave loading
