Key Player: Corporate Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to join our team at Humanology.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our service department by ensuring that their diverse clerical and administrative duties are carried out efficiently and effectively.
You will also provide high-quality customer service to ensure incoming enquiries are managed in a timely and appropriate manner.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a small-team environment and be flexible, adaptable, and willing to undertake varied administration tasks to support the team.
- Process work requests and raise jobs using SimPRO
- Ensure all work orders are completed and invoiced correctly
- Liaise with technicians to assist with the orders of material and equipment
- Raise and close purchase orders
- Schedule technicians
- Assist with accounts receivable via MYOB
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing etc.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work unsupervised
- High level of data entry accuracy
- Confidence with Microsoft Office Suite
