Responsibilities
- Manage contractual documentation and correspondence efficiently.
- Negotiate and finalise contract agreements effectively.
- Prepare and issue project variations and progress claims accurately.
- Coordinate subcontractor agreements and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Track project budgets, costs, and timelines to meet deadlines.
- Liaise with stakeholders including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Assist with project procurement and supplier management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of government/defence project requirements, contract law, construction methodologies, and industry practices.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Relevant qualifications in construction, project management, or a related field will be highly regarded.
