Overview

This is an opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a progressive and dynamic company based in the CBD. The company is a leading materials handling supplier to large organisations and values a collaborative, team-oriented culture with a customer-centric and solutions-focused approach.

Base pay range: A$65,000.00/yr - A$80,000.00/yr. This range is provided by Embodied Corporate Solutions. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Position

Office Administrator

Responsibilities
  • Processing invoices and raising quotes
  • Following up on purchase orders and matching them to invoices
  • Entering orders into the HubSpot system
  • Liaising with clients on overdue invoices
  • Booking flights and arranging car hire / accommodation for Sales Reps
  • Answering incoming calls and redirecting to the appropriate department
  • Coordinating corporate promotional packs for clients
  • Arranging catering for client meetings and events
  • Assisting with client queries and finding solutions to their needs
  • Attending weekly and monthly meetings
  • Proactively seek opportunities to develop product knowledge
