The objective of this position is to oversee a significant portfolio of diverse corporate clients, adopting a proactive approach to all facets of account management and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Articulating insurable risks to clients, crafting suitable insurance solutions, and negotiating optimal deals in the global insurance market.
  • Fostering relationships with underwriting partners.
  • Managing your own budget, sales strategy, and accounts receivable.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Driving initiatives for new business development.
  • Advocating for the Gallagher brand within the local business community, regionally, and nationally.

To be considered for this opportunity, we seek a minimum of 5 years' experience in a comparable role, ideally with exposure to mid to large corporate accounts, along with:

  • A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to establish a long-term pipeline to support new business growth.
  • Strong account management experience within general commercial insurance.
  • A proven history of achieving both financial and operational outcomes.
  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills, complemented by a driven, passionate, and professional demeanor.
