Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior Manager Marketing Operations to drive strategic platform capabilities and integrations across our Martech stack. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for curating programs of work and integrating platforms to enhance our personalization and experience for our customers. You'll work closely with our Growth Director, Martech & Operations to build and support strategic roadmaps of capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the vision and roadmap of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Customer Engagement Platform (CEP), aligned to our Growth OKRs
  • Plan, build, and implement use-cases that drive growth and marketing initiatives, with a focus on scalability and efficiency
  • Lead production updates across CDP and CEP, including testing, debugging, and implementation
  • Apply expertise to support opportunity analysis, prioritization, and trade-offs, and explore strategies to achieve business outcomes
  • Maintain a well-prioritized backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes
  • Manage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure prioritization is understood and agreed upon
  • Plan, build, and lead the requirements for Data & Analytics teams to develop dashboards that measure the effectiveness of growth and marketing initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with our Data Engineers to design, develop, and implement new data pipelines within our Martech stack
  • Leverage our Growth Team's agile framework to manage data and insight activities within agreed timeframes and budget
Requirements
  • 7+ years of proven technology, product, and marketing experience related to Marketing operations
  • Previous work experience with CDP (Tealium) or similar, configuring, testing, curating, and deploying UAT and Production updates to support business requirements
  • Previous work experience with CEP platforms, configuring, testing, curating, and deploying UAT and Production updates to support business requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage internal leaders/teams across functions, external stakeholders, public speaking, and presentation
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to be customer-centric and think differently about strategies to grow the portfolio
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy automations that capture behavioral and first-party data signals to drive personalization across both server-side and client-side channels
  • Appropriate industry experience/qualifications in Product and Martech roles
  • Understanding and work experience within SQL (highly desirable)
