Senior Bid Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid management involves end-to-end responsibility, from initial briefing to final outcome debrief.
  • Input to bid strategy entails working closely with lawyers to identify key themes and messages.
  • Creative input to proposal documentation includes producing high-quality documents for the document and interview stages.
  • Client engagement is essential at both scoping and debrief stages, often in collaboration with a legal team member.
  • Collaboration with business development managers is crucial on larger, more complex bids.
  • The application of business development systems, tools, and technology ensures efficient collation of relevant material.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Effective project and time management skills are necessary to juggle multiple bids and priorities while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Motivated individuals with excellent communication skills should be able to articulate and explain concepts clearly and concisely.
  • The ability to visualize alternative presentation formats is beneficial.

Other Requirements:
