As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate invoicing services, ensuring customer satisfaction is met. Job Overview:
The Billing Officer will report directly to the Billing Supervisor and will work in collaboration with a small team to ensure seamless execution of billing processes. The successful candidate will possess prior experience in invoicing, preferably in a similar industry, and have demonstrated their ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Accountabilities:
- Invoicing Management: Accurately prepare and issue invoices in a timely manner.
- Date Entry: Enter data into the accounting system with precision and speed.
- Credit Approval: Follow up on requests for credit approval efficiently.
- GST Reconciliation: Prepare monthly GST reconciliation reports accurately.
- System Updates: Implement updates to terminal invoicing systems effectively.
- Customer Liaison: Collaborate with customers to resolve billing issues satisfactorily.
- Billing System Improvement: Assist in process improvement initiatives for billing systems.
- Finance Reports: Prepare finance reports as required.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Prior experience in billing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong computer skills in Word and Excel, with experience using computerized finance and accounting systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong customer service orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Valid driver's license.
Salary Estimate: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on experience). This estimate reflects the value of your skills and experience in delivering high-quality invoicing services in a fast-paced environment.
