About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • \
  • Tertiary qualifications in safety, health, and wellbeing or equivalent and/or relevant industry experience.\
  • 7+ years of safety, health, and wellbeing experience in FMCG, retail, customer-focused, high-risk industries, or fast-paced businesses.\
  • Strong technical safety, health, and wellbeing experience, specifically in establishing risk profiles and ongoing management of safety, health, and wellbeing material and operational risks.\
  • Knowledge of State and Territory legislative requirements, standards, and codes of practice.\
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing risk registries.\
  • Strong influencing, engagement, and communication skills.\
