Job Description

We're looking for exceptional leaders who can drive sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators. As a Concession Manager, you will build a high-performing team that embodies our cultural values: Customer Obsessed, Collaborative, Inspirational, Responsible, and Dedicated To Quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Customer Centric Culture: Create a warm and meaningful in-store experience, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Meet Financial Targets: Ensure the achievement of all key performance indicators, driving sales, profit, and productivity.
  • Team Empowerment: Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Managers to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record in managing fast-paced retail or hospitality businesses.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Experience in managing large teams and developing their performance and productivity.
  • Operational excellence, with experience in stock control and visual merchandising.
