We are seeking a Full Time Duty Manager to join our team in Sydney. This role can be located at either Sydney Airport or Sydney Suburbs sites.

Job Overview

This position is responsible for providing day-to-day operational support and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and coach the frontline team to maximise sales and drive performance.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service, resolving conflicts and managing concerns.
  • Achieve targets and KPIs, delivering high audit and compliance standards.
  • Report daily fleet management and other essential tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong ability to resolve conflicts.
  • Enthusiasm and drive to exceed targets, with excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential).
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A current, unrestricted driver's licence.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
