The Opportunity

We are looking for a Board Director with expertise in Social Impact/Philanthropy and Community Relations, Business Leadership Roles in Commerce & Industry, and Legal & Corporate Governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend quarterly Board meetings and actively participate in discussions.
  • Stay informed about Board matters and be prepared for meetings.
  • Support the Foundation's mission by utilizing your skills and networks to facilitate introductions to potential donors and stakeholders.
  • Attend fundraising events (at least one per year).
  • BUILD collegial working relationships with other directors and support a values-based culture.
Requirements
  • Extensive executive leadership experience with significant accomplishments in business, government, philanthropy, or non-profit sectors.
  • A passion for Community Engagement demonstrated by strong values and experience building impactful relationships.
  • Specialist knowledge and connections within your area of expertise.
  • Eligibility to serve as a Board Director.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
