We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Programmed, working on a high-profile Sydney Water Contract in the Western suburbs.
As a Facility Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating onsite subcontractors and technicians, ensuring the scheduled delivery of maintenance across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the safety of all employees and subcontractors on site
- Ensure safety documentation and operational documents are reviewed in accordance with site and client requirements
- Act as a first response for reactive priority works and assist in scoping and pricing works
- Develop an excellent working relationship with the client
- Interact with key stakeholders and subcontractors on site
About You
- Proven experience in a facilities environment
- Trade background highly desired
- Proven experience in managing subcontractors
- Strong understanding of regulations and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement experience
- Strong safety focus and commitment to maintain a safe working environment
