**About the Role**

We are looking for a skilled Technical Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team in Sydney and Melbourne. This role involves managing hard services across our sites, including mechanical & electrical management, site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in financial processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial management requirements
  2. Manage hard services across Sydney and Melbourne offices
  3. Implement and manage safety procedures to ensure provision of a safe working environment
  4. Complete monthly accruals and forecasts in line with finance budgeting requirements
  5. Raise and action Workplace tickets assigned through internal ticketing system
  6. Achieve KPI's to ensure workplace tickets are completed on-time in tickets system
  7. Issue workorders and POs to vendors through JLL Corrigo platform and client internal platform

Requirements:

  • Self-motivation and confidence to deal with high pressure situations
  • Ability to be a team player with cooperativeness and performance within a team environment
  • Experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related field preferable
  • Good working knowledge of Corrigo system, face to face customer contact plus regular meetings with captured minutes

Salary: Estimated $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
