Aircraft Maintenance Lead

Bell Textron Australia, a leading helicopter maintenance organization with facilities in Coffs Harbour, NSW and Redcliffe, QLD, is seeking an experienced individual to lead our technical workforce as full-time Aircraft Maintenance Lead.
This role involves providing strategic direction to our technical team while ensuring the highest possible standard of aircraft maintenance. We are looking for someone with extensive experience working in senior technical leadership roles within an aircraft maintenance environment, preferably holding or able to obtain a Responsible Manager post under CASA regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Superior leadership skills to achieve desired results, drive team performance, and foster a culture of excellence.
- A hands-on approach that empowers individuals and teams to reach their full potential, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in aircraft maintenance, with expertise in heavy maintenance and modifications, including light and medium Bell, Airbus, and Leonardo models.
- Comprehensive knowledge of CASA Part 145 and CAR30 regulations, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
