Senior Clinical Team Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality care to families. As Senior Clinical Team Lead, you will work closely with the team to coordinate daily tasks, schedule appointments, and manage intake and referrals.

Key responsibilities include guiding and supporting clinicians across sites, fostering collaboration and innovation, and effectively managing day-to-day operations. You will also provide senior expertise, leadership, guidance and direction to staff and build a positive, professional culture that facilitates effective health service delivery outcomes in a constantly changing environment.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide a multidisciplinary team of clinicians to deliver high-quality care to families
  • Coordinate daily tasks, schedule appointments, and manage intake and referrals
  • Foster collaboration and innovation within the team
  • Effectively manage day-to-day operations of the Whole Family Team
  • Provide senior expertise, leadership, guidance and direction to staff
  • Build a positive, professional culture that facilitates effective health service delivery outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must hold a degree in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer, which provides eligibility or membership of the relevant professional association/full registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.

Eligible to drive in NSW.
