
Multidisciplinary Team Clinical Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Leader to drive change and support families in a dynamic multidisciplinary team. As a leader, you will guide clinicians across sites in the Manning and Hunter Valley regions, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high-quality care.
You will effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the team, including clinical and people management. Additionally, you will deliver clinical interventions to families with complex issues, such as child protection, substance abuse, and mental health.
About This RoleIn this pivotal position, you will work closely with DCJ and DACS to deliver exceptional outcomes for families referred to the program. You will provide senior expertise, leadership, guidance, and direction to staff, while building a positive, professional culture that facilitates effective health service delivery outcomes in a constantly changing environment.
About YouWe are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills who can confidently support the team by coordinating daily tasks, scheduling appointments, and managing intake and referrals. The ideal applicant will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to keep the team on track to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements- Must hold a degree in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer, which provides eligibility or membership of the relevant professional association/full registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
