Job Description

This leadership role plays a pivotal part in driving change, supporting families, and inspiring a dedicated team. As a Clinical Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, or Counsellor, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver the best possible outcomes for families referred to our program.

Main Responsibilities
  • Guide clinicians across sites in the Manning and Hunter Valley regions, helping them navigate complex cases while fostering collaboration, innovation, and high-quality care.
  • Effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the Whole Family Team, including clinical and people management.
  • Deliver clinical interventions to families where there are multiple complex issues, including child protection, substance abuse, and mental health.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Hold a degree in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.
  • Eligible to drive in NSW.
