Leadership Opportunity for Multidisciplinary Clinical Team

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, or Counsellor to lead our multidisciplinary Whole Family Team.

In this pivotal position, you will work in close partnership with stakeholders to deliver best possible outcomes for families referred to the program.

You will guide and support clinicians across sites in the Manning and Hunter Valley regions, helping them navigate complex cases while fostering collaboration, innovation, and high-quality care.

The role requires effective management of day-to-day operations including clinical and people management. You will also be delivering clinical interventions to families with multiple complex issues.

You will provide senior expertise, leadership, guidance and direction to staff and build a positive, professional culture that facilitates effective health service delivery outcomes in a constantly changing environment.
