Leadership Role in Multidisciplinary Team

This position is an integral part of our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will work closely with relevant stakeholders to deliver optimal outcomes for families referred to the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and support clinicians across sites in the Manning and Hunter Valley regions, helping them navigate complex cases while fostering collaboration, innovation, and high-quality care.
  • Effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the team including clinical and people management.
  • Deliver interventions to families where there are multiple complex issues, (including child protection, substance abuse and mental health).
Requirements
  • A degree in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology or other equivalent qualification.
  • Eligibility to drive in NSW.
