About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled AML/CTF professional to join our team as an Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Lawyer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the fight against financial crime.
As an AML/CTF Lawyer, you will play a key part in ensuring our compliance with relevant regulations and laws. You will be responsible for leading and supporting our adherence to AML/CTF legal obligations, contributing to the creation and refinement of our AML/CTF compliance framework, and establishing procedures for risk evaluation and reporting of suspicious activities.
You will also advise on the enhancement of policies and systems for client and matter onboarding, integrating risk assessment tools to ensure regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will deliver training and provide strategic guidance on AML/CTF matters to senior leaders and other stakeholders.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively across various levels of the organisation. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of AML/CTF laws and regulatory frameworks
- Hands-on experience in AML/CTF compliance within a law firm or similar environment
- Proven ability to implement and manage AML/CTF policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
