Overview AML/CTF Compliance officer – Hicksons | Hunt & Hunt We are looking for an experienced AML/CTF Officer to join the firm to ensure compliance with AML/CTF obligations.
This newly created role is a key addition to the Operations team and will be responsible for creating the AML/CTF framework for the firm.
Responsibilities Make sure the firm complies with its AML/CTF obligations according to both the AML/CTF Act and AML/CTF Rules Report regularly to the board and senior management regarding how the firm is meeting its obligations Take day-to-day responsibility for the AML/CTF program Help create, implement and maintain internal policies, procedures and systems for AML/CTF compliance Be the main point of contact for AUSTRACHave overall responsibility for the operation of the AML/CTF program What you offer Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Law, Compliance, or related field Solid experience in AML/CTF compliance Strong knowledge and understanding of AML/CTF legislation and regulatory requirements Excellent analytical and investigative skills Strong attention to detail Outstanding communication and report writing abilities Strong stakeholder management A commitment to meeting regulatory deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards Why Hicksons | Hunt & Hunt Hicksons | Hunt & Hunt fosters a diverse and inclusive environment.
