Job Title: Digital Onboarding Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Onboarding Manager to join our team at King Kong. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients, managing their SEO and pay-per-click campaigns, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for new clients, conducting initial kick-off calls and retrieving necessary collateral.
  • Conduct keyword research and manage the initial setup for SEO and AdWords campaigns.
  • Handover new client campaigns to supporting account managers and specialists.
  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of online marketing clients, building positive relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct strategy audits to identify further opportunities for clients and prepare monthly reports with recommendations for ongoing improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2 years agency experience in a similar account management role.
  • 1 year experience in a customer service role.
  • Well-rounded knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, conversion rate optimization, and growth hacking.
  • Excellent understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Highly organized and process-driven.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
