About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Onboarding Manager to join our team at King Kong. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients, from initial contact to campaign launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, conducting initial kick-off calls and gathering necessary information for campaign setup.
  • Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies to drive client success.
  • Manage the initial setup of social, SEO, and AdWords campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Handover campaigns to supporting account managers and specialists, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct regular strategy audits to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop recommendations for ongoing campaign optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing conversion rate optimization tactics to maximize ROI.
  • Educate clients on our SEO and PPC strategies and tactics, ensuring they are equipped to make informed decisions about their campaigns.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar account management role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Well-rounded knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, conversion rate optimization, and growth hacking.
  • Excellent understanding of Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
  • Highly organized and process-driven, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.
  • Confident in setting and managing client expectations, with a strong ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
