Job Title: Digital Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Onboarding Specialist to join our team at King Kong. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving growth through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, conducting initial kick-off calls and gathering necessary information for campaign setup.
  • Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies to drive client growth.
  • Manage the initial setup of social, SEO, and AdWords campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Handover campaigns to supporting account managers and specialists, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing support.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing regular updates and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Analyze client data to identify areas of opportunity and implement conversion rate optimization tactics to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar account management role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive growth through data-driven strategies.
  • Google Analytics and Google AdWords certification is a plus.
