About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Onboarding Manager to join our team at King Kong. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth through strategic campaign management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, conducting initial kick-off calls and gathering necessary information for campaign setup.
  • Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies to drive client success.
  • Manage the initial setup of social, SEO, and AdWords campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Handover campaigns to supporting account managers and specialists, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing regular updates and insights to drive business growth.
  • Conduct strategy audits to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to drive client success.
  • Prepare monthly reports and analyze analytics to inform campaign optimization and drive ROI.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar account management role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth through data-driven insights.
  • Highly organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
  • Google Analytics and Google AdWords certification is a plus.
