About the Role

As a Digital Onboarding Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients. This involves conducting initial kick-off calls, retrieving necessary collateral, and setting up social, SEO, and AdWords campaigns. You'll also be responsible for managing client expectations, providing exceptional customer service, and analyzing analytics to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  • Conduct initial kick-off calls to discuss client goals and objectives
  • Retrieve necessary collateral, including client questionnaires and login details
  • Set up social, SEO, and AdWords campaigns, ensuring optimal performance
  • Manage client expectations, providing regular updates and progress reports
  • Analyze analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize client campaigns
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar Account Management role
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service role
  • Well-rounded knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Excellent understanding of Google Analytics
  • Highly organized and process-driven
  • Exceptional customer service skills
