Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our events team as an Events Coordinator - Weddings & Social. This role will be responsible for ensuring the preparation and management of weddings and social events meets our high standards, while delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

  1. Manage all wedding & social event leads and conversion to ensure successful execution.
  2. Collaborate with our Event Planning team to plan and execute events for weddings and social markets, adhering to brand standards.

About the Role:

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Managing event leads from initial inquiry to successful event execution.
  • Working closely with the Event Planning team to plan and deliver events that exceed guest expectations.
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality or Event Management.
  • Previous experience in sales or event coordination, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A creative approach to event planning and problem-solving.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
