Overview

We're looking for an Event & Experience Coordinator to deliver engaging events and create a great day-to-day workplace experience in our Melbourne office. You'll be hands-on with event planning and execution, while making sure our office environment is professional, welcoming, and well run.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver state-based events for team members, brokers, and partners
  • Support internal events including offsites, training sessions, and celebrations
  • Manage vendors for catering, venues, and supplies
  • Assist with budget tracking and reporting
  • Keep office spaces and meeting rooms well-presented and equipped
  • Oversee office supplies and coordinate restocking
  • Liaise with Facilities and IT for local office needs
  • Support new starter onboarding and office inductions
Qualifications
  • Experienced in event coordination, hospitality, or office administration
  • Confident running events end-to-end, from logistics to execution
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Warm, professional, and service-oriented in every interaction
  • Skilled at juggling multiple priorities calmly and effectively
  • Proactive and resourceful, always spotting what needs to be done
  • A strong communicator who builds great relationships with stakeholders
