Event Experience Coordinator Role

We are seeking an individual to assist in the planning and organisation of major event experiences that drive student recruitment. This role involves managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of events.

  • Plan and coordinate events for various audiences, both online and on-campus.
  • Manage venue booking, catering, and equipment requirements.
  • Support setup coordination and ensure timely delivery of events.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in event administration or coordination, strong time management skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning: Coordinate event concepts, timelines, and budgets.
  • Logistics Management: Book venues, manage catering, and arrange equipment.
  • Vendor Liaison: Communicate with vendors, presenters, and suppliers.
  • Setup Coordination: Oversee event setup, including decoration, lighting, and sound.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous event administration or coordination experience.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A current Working with Children's Check.
