
Workshop Operations Coordinator

At STAUFF, we require an experienced and dynamic workshop administrator to join our modern facility. Reporting to the STC Manager, this role is key to supporting daily workshop operations through effective administrative assistance.
Maintaining accurate job records, communicating with production staff, and managing inventory are crucial aspects of this position. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for resolving issues and providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate job records, including work orders, service history, and inspection reports
- Communicating with production staff and management to monitor job progress and resolve issues
- Providing administrative support to the workshop, including purchase orders and production orders
- Ordering parts, both internally and externally
- Assisting with inventory control, including stocktakes and data entry
- Preparing and processing requested documentation, internal quotations, and following up with customers
- Assisting in preparing timesheets and weekly summaries for payroll processing
- Accurate records maintenance, data entry, and filing
The ideal candidate will have workshop and/or industry administration experience working alongside technical teams. A mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hydraulic accessory components are highly regarded.
