About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and planning PDI Centre activities. Your responsibilities will include coordinating customer requirements and service needs with TMHA internal resources to ensure effective workshop operation.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to maintain accurate records and schedules. Excellent communication skills are also essential for this role as you will work closely with colleagues and external suppliers to coordinate parts and services.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

  • Creating and coordinating the Pre-Delivery schedule on a monthly basis
  • Attending Pre-Delivery weekly meetings
  • Maintaining the Pre-Delivery forecast with the Workshop Manager/Supervisor
  • Producing and managing pre delivery orders, sublets and the receipting and confirmation of invoices for the department
  • Liaising with external suppliers to coordinate parts and services
  • Assisting with the coordination of daily workflow of PD Technicians

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Tertiary qualified in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience working within the industrial service sector highly desirable
  • Previous experience in a workshop environment
  • Intermediate computer skills - Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong customer service skills and attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
