Job Summary:

The Spare Parts/Equipment Coordinator is responsible for procuring parts for internal repairs, assisting with project site needs, coordinating pickups and deliveries, managing inventory, purchasing, and invoicing.

This role will cover Plant, Trucks, and LVs, working closely with workshop managers, mechanics, and admin staff to ensure seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to Work Health and Safety, excellent computer skills, and experience in Heavy Machinery such as Plant and Trucks (not essential).

We are seeking a highly organized and flexible individual who can work effectively in a high-performance team environment. The successful candidate will be able to problem-solve, communicate effectively with various individuals, and demonstrate a willingness to help others.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and successful team, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Continuously improving safe work practices
  • Participating in all toolbox meetings
  • Liaising with Operations Manager, workshop managers, and supervisors daily
  • Purchasing parts and consumables to supply workshops and technicians in the field
  • Allocating parts and consumables to correct assets through implementation of a purchase order system
  • Working to tight schedules whilst maintaining the highest standards
