People and Culture Coordinator

Ethos Urban is a dynamic and innovative company that specializes in creating better urban experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated People and Culture Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies to support the growth and development of our employees.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manage employee data and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Relevant tertiary degree in HR or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in HR systems and software, including BambooHR.
