We are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic team based in our state-of-the-art office.

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including role evaluation, pool management, advertising channels, screening, and interview processes in alignment with our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality candidates
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including induction schedules and new starter setup
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and timely HR documentation, including employee contracts, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR system information
  • Support HR-related events and initiatives
  • Manage and maintain HRIS and Payroll systems, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the team as needed

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Honesty, integrity, and discretion
