Key Responsibilities
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing journals, compile comprehensive financial reports for management, and ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Deliver quarterly GST submissions and corporate tax compilation, maintaining meticulous attention to detail under pressure.
  • Lead the finance team, recruit, develop staff, and foster a culture of excellence while upholding company policies.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs, elevating team performance and achieving departmental goals.
Required Qualifications
  • Diploma in Accounting or Finance (minimum required)
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within hospitality/finance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
