We are seeking a Senior Accountant with experience in hospitality and finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Complete month-end and year-end closing journals and compile financial reports for management.
- Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of bank statements and all related financial reports.
- Prepare quarterly GST submission and manage corporate tax compilation and submission.
- Supervise the finance team, recruit and develop staff, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Develop and deliver staff training and manage team performance.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Accounting or Finance (minimum required).
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within hospitality/finance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting systems.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
