Senior Finance Professional Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to join our organisation and contribute their expertise in shaping the financial health and operational efficiency of our enterprise.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing senior finance professionals, empowering them to achieve positive outcomes and grow into high-performing leaders themselves. They will have demonstrated experience in providing strategic direction and hands-on leadership across finance, payroll, office management, fiscal governance, and risk management functions.

  • Provide expert advice on budgeting, forecasting, debt collection, and formal reporting.
  • Oversee quarterly budget reviews and lead the annual budget development process.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance, extensive experience in managing and developing senior finance professionals, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. They will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable across diverse audiences.

About You
  • Experience in managing and developing senior finance professionals.
  • Extensive experience in accounting, including budgeting, forecasting, debt collection, and formal reporting.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance.
