Transform NSW Communities through Data Governance Leadership

We seek an experienced Data Governance Professional to lead the development and implementation of a data governance framework.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote compliance with information and data governance frameworks, policies, standards and guidelines.
  • Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of standard dataset procedures and data governance tools to accommodate diverse data management requirements.
  • Develop organisational policies, standards and guidelines for data management, including ethical use of data and master data management strategy.
  • Foster key stakeholder relationships to drive effective information and data governance practices and support data capability uplift.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing data governance models.
  • Strong understanding of data management best practices, ethical principles and information governance frameworks.
  • Able to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
