Clinical Lead for Residential Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our team in providing high-quality, person-centred care for residents in a small aged care home.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with full operational oversight, driving continuous improvement in quality, safety, and service delivery.
About the Role- Lead and manage all aspects of clinical and operational performance
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Mentor and support a team of nurses, educators, and care staff
In collaboration with senior leadership, you will deliver strategic objectives and drive business growth. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Registered Nurse (AHPRA registered) – mandatory
- Previous experience in a senior aged care leadership role
- Deep understanding of aged care compliance, governance, and clinical standards
- Strong people leadership, communication, and organisational skills
You will have the opportunity to:
- Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution
- Develop and implement effective operational processes
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Salary range: $155,831 - $163,382 p.a.
