Service Manager Residential Aged Care

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive excellence and create a lasting impact in the aged care sector. As our Service Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of professionals fostering a culture aligned with our mission and values.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily activities to maximize efficiency and safety while ensuring high standards of residential care and lifestyle programs that meet or exceed resident needs.
- Implement contemporary clinical practices
- Oversee operational planning and budget management
- Develop relationships within the local community to drive occupancy and enhance the facility's reputation
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of aged care quality standards, incident investigation, and complaints management.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current registration as a Registered Nurse or other clinical professional with AHPRA, or postgraduate qualifications in health or business administration
- At least 5 years of post-graduate experience in aged care or health administration
- Strong leadership and management abilities, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedication to continuous improvement, safety, legislative compliance, and our mission and values
