We're proud to partner with a reputable aged care provider seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential Manager to step into a casual block booking role.
About the Role: As Residential Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations of a residential aged care facility, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, staff leadership, and operational excellence.
You'll be the go-to leader, fostering a positive culture for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the daily operations of the facility.
Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered consistently.
Manage compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements.
Oversee staff performance, engagement, and development.
Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with clinical and support teams to ensure smooth facility operations.
Key Requirements: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Full working rights in Australia (NO Sponsorship Visa)Proven experience in managing a facility.
Strong understanding of aged care accreditation standards and clinical governance.
Ability to commit to scheduled block bookings with flexibility as required.
