As a key member of our digital transformation portfolio, you will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements, collaborating with technical and program resources, and designing new business processes to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and develop effective change management strategies to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with technical and program resources to design and implement new business processes that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to engage stakeholders and ensure successful change management.
  • Identify and develop risk mitigation tactics to minimize the impact of change on our clients' businesses.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering complex business change within a large digital transformation program.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, techniques, and tools.
  • Expertise in business readiness and communication strategies.
  • Exceptional engagement and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to identify and develop risk mitigation tactics.
