{"The Role": "We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatrician to provide specialist care to children in a dynamic and diverse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide specialist care to children in a hospital setting, including inpatient and outpatient services.
* Conduct regular ward rounds and outpatient sessions, incorporating supervision and teaching of junior staff.
* Participate in provision of specialist outreach services to regional hospitals and remote communities.
* Collaborate with other medical professionals to review and revise policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

* Registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
* Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Physicians.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a complex and unpredictable environment.
* Demonstrated interest in improving Indigenous health.

Desirable:

* Experience in adolescent medicine.
* Experience contributing to the development and implementation of local policy.
