About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Support Officer to join our team at ALPA. As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of various projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including coordination of meetings, documentation, and communication.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs and materials.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders, including employees, management, and clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration, project management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project support or administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
