Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Content Writer/Technical Writer Specialist to join our team at Redwolf + Rosch. As a Content Writer/Technical Writer Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering and implementing system management plans that underpin a new digital health system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate complex digital information into accessible content for diverse audiences, including healthcare providers and technical and administrative staff.
- Design templates and establish standards and guidelines for maintaining system management plans.
- Develop and manage the schedule for system management plans within the defined scope.
- Ensure all in-scope system management plans are delivered on time.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts, and Product Specialists to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain a comprehensive audit trail of all document changes.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience writing and editing with the ability to communicate complex digital health-related content clearly and engagingly.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully work on multiple concurrent tasks dealing with competing pressures, multiple stakeholders, unplanned change, and meeting tight timeframes.
- Demonstrated ability of effective application of document configuration, standards, and guidelines to edit, standardize, and maintain version control of material.
