About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist - Email and CRM to lead our end-to-end email campaign program delivery. You'll manage and execute campaigns to increase revenue from our email channel, optimise customer engagement, and drive commercial outcomes for the business.

As a key member of our Digital Team, you'll support initiatives across various touchpoints in the customer relationship management stages, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.

Your Responsibilities
* Accelerate revenue growth of the email channel and successfully build & implement all email marketing campaigns
* Manage the Email Marketing & CRM programs, including the weekly email schedule for the brand
* Develop a clear email communication and content plan for the business
* Implement database and VIP growth opportunities
* Digital campaign planning and scheduling
* Campaign reporting and optimisation

Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field
* Proven experience with customer engagement platforms, preferably Emarsys or similar
* Hands-on digital marketing & email marketing platform experience
* Excellent understanding of digital design, video, and email marketing asset production (HTML skills a bonus)
* Solid understanding of customer databases, personalisation, and segmentation
* Experience using Google Analytics or a similar website analytics program
* Prior experience in eCommerce, Fashion, or Retail highly desirable
* Excellent verbal and inter-personal communication skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
